Prices include:

• self-drive rental;
• half day rental – 5 hours: pick up from 9 am, drop off before 7 pm at Slow Drive office.
• one or more rental days: pick up from 9 am or drop off before 7 pm at Slow Drive office; in case of delay there will be a penalty of € 50.00 for the first 30 minutes, and the charge of one more day rental fee for delay past one hour.
• Mechanical assistance service (not following) included within 150 km from our office. In case of impossibility to repair the vehicle, a replacement car will be provided; if a replacement car is not available, full or partial refund is expected in proportion to the hours of rental used.
• insurance coverage (civil liability);
• Kilometers of driving included: 100 km for the half day rate or 150 km per day according to the duration of rental; penalty of € 1.00 / km + vat for kilometers overpassing.  
• maps and suggested tour
• 22% vat

Prices do not include:

• tolls, parking and fines;
• Anything not specified in "PRICES INCLUDE"

    Extras:

• extra insurance coverage (kasko) € 50.00 per day to cover damages caused by the customer and any acts of vandalism with a deductible of 20% of the damage and minimum overdraft depending on the car category: € 500.00 + vat for Entry and Medium, € 1000.00 + vat for Premium and Elite, €2000.00 for Prestige.
• fuel consumption – if not included the rental agreement will be delivered with full tank and is kindly requested to return it with full tank:   penalty € 20 in addition to fuel consumption.
• Pick up and drop off service € 2.00included vat per km (round trip/ minimum price € 50.00 per service – fee could change according to availability and the transportation company)
• Slow Drive Gift Box shipment, with a 24 months validity voucher, driving leather gloves and women's 60s sunglasses: € 30.00;
• representative car model 1:43 – on availability -  € 30.00.

Driver and rental requirements:

• at least 23 years old,
• 5 years of driving license
• Credit card as guarantee (Visa and Mastercard).

Cancellation policy:

full refund of the paid amount (less commission of the payment method chosen) for cancellations at least 60 days in advance from rental date; for cancellations within 60 days from the rental date, a voucher for an amount equal to the amount paid is issued with unlimited expiry. Penalty of 50% of the total amount for cancellation within 7 days from the rental date
